LAMB AND BEEF and Pork BOXES
Lamb Boxes
Our high quality produced lamb is predominantly grass fed, reared on the farm to a high welfare standard. Our ewes graze outside all year round, with the exception of lambing where they come into our barns to have their lambs.
The Lamb is hung for 7 days to develop flavour and is then butchered and packaged locally.
You can either buy a whole lamb, or half lamb. In each box is a range of cuts for every occasion – from roasting joints to succulent chops.

Firewood
Our firewood is sustainably sourced in conjunction with our Woodland Management Programme. It is barn stored (rather than kiln dried, which we think is bad for the environment) for a minimum of 12 months and doesn’t leave our yard unless under 20% moisture. All firewood is a mixture of hard wood and comes in lengths of Approx. 20-25cm. All are split for more efficient and safe burning. We are, currently, only able to offer firewood on a collection only basis.
1 x 0.9 cubic meter bag = £70. Discounts are available for multiplue orders.

Christmas Trees
